Mélangez 250g de farine avec 3 clous de girofle moulu, 1/2 c à c de cannelle, 120g de sucre, 2 jaunes d'oeuf, le zeste d'1 citron. Ajoutez 220g de beurre ramolli. Laissez reposer au moins 1 heure au frais. Disposez les 4/5 de la pâte sur le fond de votre moule à tarte, ajoutez 1/2 pot de confiture de pommes. Réalisez des bandes avec le reste de la pâte et formez des croisillons. Faites cuire 45 minutes à 180°C.
