Dans une poêle, faites fondre 120g de beurre, ajoutez 80g de miel et 200g de flocons d'avoine. Mélangez. Ajoutez 60g de pommes coupées en morceaux et 50g de raisins secs ou fruits séchés. Mélangez, étalez dans un moule carré recouvert de papier sulfurisé et aplatissez bien la pâte. Faites cuire 30 minutes à 180°C. A la sortie du four, attendez quelques minutes et découpez vos barres de céréales.
