Vous allez craquer pour ce crumble ! Pelez et coupez 4 pommes en gros dés, ajoutez le jus d'1/2 citron et 1/2 c à c de cannelle mélangée à 2 c à s de sucre roux. Dans un saladier, mélangez 150g de farine avec 150g de cassonade et 50g de poudre d'amandes, ajoutez 150g de beurre coupé en cubes. Mélangez puis émiettez sur les pommes. Enfournez 30 à 35 minutes à 180°C. Dégustez tiède avec une boule de glace vanille.
