Etalez une pâte feuilletée dans votre moule, piquez le fond de tarte à l'aide d'une fourchette et ajoutez environ 600g de compote de pommes. Pelez 4 pommes, ôtez le coeur et coupez en lamelles. Disposez les lamelles en les superposant sur la compote. Commencez par le bord du moule pour finir au centre. Saupoudrez de 2 c à s de sucre roux et enfournez 25 à 30 minutes à 180°C.
