Réalisez un caramel avec 100g de sucre et un peu d'eau, versez dans le moule. Tapissez le fond avec 4 pommes coupées en gros dés. Ajoutez votre pâte composée de : 125g de sucre, 125g de beurre, 125g de farine, 4 oeufs, 1 sachet de vanille et 1 sachet de levure chimique. Faites cuire 30 à 35 minutes à 180°C.
