Faites poêler 4 pommes coupées en quartiers avec un peu de beurre, ajoutez 3 c à s de caramel de pommes, portez à ébullition, ajoutez 1 c à s de vinaigre de cidre. Faites cuire votre viande dans une poêle bien chaude. Dressez vos assiettes, disposez la viande au centre et votre poêlée de pommes autour. Accompagnez ce plat d'une purée maison.
