Pour être calé, pensez aux sandwiches à la viande. Aplatissez votre escalope de poulet avec un marteau attendrisseur à viande. Une fois refroidie, montez votre sandwich, un petit pain, de la salade, la viande et des tranches de tomates. Nâ??oubliez pas les cornichons, disposez-les en lamelles sous la viande pour une meilleure tenue.
