Pour cette recette très fondante, trempez vos morceaux de pain de mie dans un mélange oeuf/lait/sucre. Faites cuire sur chaque face dans une poêle beurrée. Dans une seconde poêle, faites fondre 50g de beurre, ajoutez 2 pommes coupées en gros dés, ajoutez 50g de sucre roux et un peu d'eau. Servez bien chaud.
